Candle Form must be completed or you will not receive a candle!
Candles will only be dispatched upon receipt of donation through candle donate button. We'll be cross-referencing names on the candle form with those on the PayPal receipt, so it's crucial to ensure that both names match. If uncertain, utilize the instruction box on PayPal to provide your full name for clarity. Your attention to this detail is appreciated.
In person cash donation still needs to fill out a candle form.
Refunds or Returns and Shipping
No refunds or returns are available for this purchase, treated as a donation. If the product arrives damaged, please contact baileyshumanrescue@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged TNR Candle."
For any breaks occurring during transit, it is essential to report them to us within 3 days after delivery. Please note that scratches, dents, and dings are not considered breaks, as wax is a soft material and such occurrences are normal. Replacements will not be sent after day 4 post-delivery. Ensure to compare your packaging slip with the contents in your box promptly and check for any breaks. Breaks reported more than 3 days after delivery will not be replaced. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not expedite order processing.
Shipping services are limited to domestic regions; we do not ship internationally.
