Volunteer With Bailey's Human Rescue
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to helping. Whether you can give a few hours a month or more, we have a role for you. Bailey’s Human Rescue is entirely volunteer-run—and we can’t do this work without people like you. No experience? No problem. We can train anyone who’s willing to help. However you choose to get involved, you’ll be making a real difference for cats in need.

TNVR Field & Cat Care Roles
These roles directly support our TNVR program:
-
Trappers
Go solo (or with a buddy) to safely trap community cats for surgery. We provide the training and equipment—you bring the time and compassion.

-
Transport Volunteers
Use your own vehicle to take cats to and from vet appointments, typically early morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups.

-
Recovery Homes
Provide a safe, quiet indoor space for cats to rest for 24–72 hours after surgery. The space doesn’t need to be climate-controlled, but it should be protected from extreme heat or cold. We provide all supplies—you provide the care.
Support, Outreach & Communications
These roles keep our mission moving forward behind the scenes and out in the community:
-
Fundraising & Event Planning
Help organize donation drives, fundraising campaigns, and community events to support our lifesaving work.

-
Marketing & Social Media
Design flyers, brainstorm content, and help share our mission across social platforms and local networks.

-
Respond to Calls and Emails
Help answer community inquiries, provide guidance, and connect people with resources. We’ll provide everything you need to get started.

-
Community Outreach & Education
Represent us at events, distribute materials, and help educate the public about TNVR and responsible animal stewardship.
